Ben Westhenry produced his best performance of the season at the 2012 National Cross Country Championships at Hampstead Heath. The Dorset County Clubs & Schools champion worked his way through the field of over 340 in the 6k under 17 men’s race to finish in a fantastic 7th place. Just 14 seconds seperated the 1st 7 runners!
