Runners will come across sweeping wide tracks and rough and undulat ing terrain\, trees in the middle of the course and tree roots underfoot. This will call for good eye to foot coordination. If it has been raining t here may be some muddy ground to contend with. There are two stiles to cro ss and a stream to cross as well.
