DESCRIPTION:Round The Rock 10k – 7th July 2024\nStart time 10:30am\nRace De
 tails\nRound the Rock started life in 2008 as the RMPAC Silver Jubilee 10k
 \, after which it was decided to hold the race on an annual basis\, with t
 he new name of Round the Rock voted for by club members.\nThe Route\nThe r
 oute is undulating\, predominately on tarmac roads and pavements\, and tak
 es you around the top of the Isle of Portland in a figure of eight\, with 
 a short loop of two and a half kilometers and a longer loop of seven and a
  half kilometers.\nThe race start and finish is at the Blues Club Grove Ro
 ad\, Portland. This is the home ground of Portland United Football Club an
 d parking\, as well as toilet and changing facilities\, are available. To 
 get there by road head for Weymouth then follow the signs for Portland on 
 the A354. Follow the main road to the top of Portland to the Heights Hotel
  roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout to Easton. After approximat
 ely 300 yards you will pass the Chesil Beach Motors Garage and the Recycli
 ng Centre on your left\, the next turning on the left is Grove Road. The P
 UFC ground is approximately 300 yards on your left. If using a Satnav ente
 r the postcode DT5 1DP. Parking (weather depending) will be in the field o
 ver the road.\nMedals\nIf you aren’t interested in receiving a medal at th
 e end of the race\, you can let us know during registration to help cut do
 wn on wastage.\nEntry cost\nEA Affiliated £18.00 Non EA Affiliated £20.00 
 (plus £1.00 processing fee)\nOn the day entry\nIf the event has not sold o
 ut\, on the day entry will be available and there will be an additional £2

 24</p>\n<p>Start time 10:30am</p>\n<p>Race Details<br />\nRound the Rock s
 tarted life in 2008 as the RMPAC Silver Jubilee 10k\, after which it was d
 ecided to hold the race on an annual basis\, with the new name of Round th
 e Rock voted for by club members.</p>\n<p>The Route<br />\nThe route is un
 dulating\, predominately on tarmac roads and pavements\, and takes you aro
 und the top of the Isle of Portland in a figure of eight\, with a short lo
 op of two and a half kilometers and a longer loop of seven and a half kilo
 meters.</p>\n<p>The race start and finish is at the Blues Club Grove Road\
 , Portland. This is the home ground of Portland United Football Club and p
 arking\, as well as toilet and changing facilities\, are available. To get
  there by road head for Weymouth then follow the signs for Portland on the
  A354. Follow the main road to the top of Portland to the Heights Hotel ro
 undabout. Go straight across the roundabout to Easton. After approximately
  300 yards you will pass the Chesil Beach Motors Garage and the Recycling 
 Centre on your left\, the next turning on the left is Grove Road. The PUFC
  ground is approximately 300 yards on your left. If using a Satnav enter t
 he postcode DT5 1DP. Parking (weather depending) will be in the field over
  the road.</p>\n<p>Medals<br />\nIf you aren’t interested in receiving a m
 edal at the end of the race\, you can let us know during registration to h
