Bournemouth 10 2019

The race is organised by Bournemouth Athletic Club and starts and finishes at Bournemouth Pier.

The race is one lap covering an undulating road surface mainly along the Promenade and Cliff-Top overlooking the seafront with stunning views of the Isle of Wight and the Purbeck Hills in the distance.

Number Collection

Please collect your race numbers on the day (it is NOT posted out) between 07:00 – 08:15 by the Start Area at Bournemouth Pier, BH2 5AA

Or collect your number at the Lytchett 10 race on February 11th

The course is not suitable for wheelchairs, dogs or buggies

Accompanying cyclists are not permitted

Headphones are not permitted – Runners will be disqualified

All runners are expected to be able to complete the event in under 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Runners must have covered the first 4 miles within 1 hour or will be withdrawn.

PRIZES

All finishers will receive a memento on the day.

Additionally, the following prizes, as a minimum, will be awarded:

First THREE individuals: Male & Female.

1st male in the following vet categories: 40, 50, 60

1st female in the following vet categories: 40, 50, 60

1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female teams. (First 3 count)
